Title: Page Navigation not displaying on one line

I've made my first local paging limiting to 10 rows and it functions ok, but the displayed format is all wrong.  The page number and selection icons are all spread over multiple lines instead of on a single-line bottom row.  I've attached an image 'cos I don't know how to embed one yet.  Anyone know what I might have done wrong?

Please include both pqgrid.min.css & pqgrid.ui.min.css

Great.  Thanks for your help, that's fixed it.

btw, could someone add the reference to the pqgrid.ui.min.css into the Pro tutorial page because it's missing from the "Include Files" section.
