Title: scrollLeft not aligning on data entry when summary row at bottom

My issue can be reproduced using the demo.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1) go to http://paramquery.com/pro/demos/summary
2) Scroll to the right, and edit a number under the Profits ($ millions) column and press enter

Notice the summary columns no longer align with the columns above.

It has been corrected in the next upcoming version.
