Title: Can't get the evaluation version - won't accept my email address

I have tried over 4 email addresses and the evaluation version has not arrived to any of them, including the spam and junk versions.

I want the email to be sent to mike@world-class-multimedia.com but when I use that email it says "wrong email" - which does not make any sense.

Is it because of the dashes in the email address?

I would like to evaluate this so I can determine if it will work for my needs.  If so, I will buy it.
