Title: Scrolling to right-most shows odd display on Chrome

In this sample that I put up at
In Chrome 52.0.2743.82 m (64-bit) on Windows 10, when I scroll right-most what appears is as attached - just 2 large boxes.
It's OK in FireFox and

Is there a workaround?
