Hello,
The headers row is not shown. I think it happens only after I call destro and then recreate the grid.
Work-around: collapse and then re-expand the grid.
I've failed reproducing it with your http://jsfiddle.net/paramquery/bphnecvm/
Version 2.0.5 (also with 2.0.4)
