Title: looking for features: Full navigation,Dynamic validation rule , Import excel

We are planning to purchase for project. But we are looking for some features like :
1.   Full navigation (like ctrl + shift + down or pagedown will select all row in those column)
2.   Import excel from desktop and populate spreadsheet.
3.   Dynamic validation rule from db or configuration file.
4.   Auto save.

please confirm same.
