Title: Column header not appearing inside a bootstrap modal window

Hi All,
pqgrid column header gets displayed without any trouble in the html pages of our application.
When we open the same pqgrid over a bootstrap modal window, the column headers don't show
up unless there is a explicit refresh event.

Kindly help us in solving this issue!
