Title: Reords per page dropdown disappaers on localization

Hi,

in the unmodified localize demo (http://paramquery.com/demos/localize (http://paramquery.com/demos/localize)) the dropdown with the records per page (set by pageModel > rPPOptions) disappaers completely in all languages except english.

Tested with current Firefox and Chrome.

It's fixed now.

The issue was due to missing {0} in strRpp string in localization files.
