Title: I submitted the form to get Evaluation version but nothing happens.

I have submitted 3 emails to Evaluation form. When I submit it it loads the page but there is no indication that it was successful. I have submitted the form yesterday around 5pm.

I read in previous topic that others have received form within 12 hours. Please advise.

Thanks for reporting the Pro SDK evaluation form issue. It's fixed now, please retry.
