Title: resize disappear after collapse

Hi,

I downloaded paramquery from github.
When I tested index.html, I realized that after collapsing and reopening the grid, resize disappear.

Any suggestions?

The same thing happens in demo page https://paramquery.com/demos/resizable_grid
First check "Set Resizable Grid" and you will see resize image on the bottom right side of the grid.
After collapsing and reopening the grid, resize image disappears.
If you uncheck and recheck the "Set Resizable Grid", resize image reappears.
