Title: row class doesn't work on 5.x version

Hello,

  In https://paramquery.com/pro/demos/row_class demo, 4.x version works fine.
But if I try it on 5.x version, the add class and remove class doesn't work. What is the reason?

As mentioned in upgrade guide, https://paramquery.com/pro/upgrade/index#option-markup, td and tr css selectors should be replaced.

That example has been corrected, there was an issue with css selectors in the example, not the v5.
