Title: CSS is for pagination of PqGrid

For some odd reason I can not get the PqGrid pagination on footer to be on one line. It is stacking the controls. Any help or direction to correct would be very appreciated.

Please include all the necessary css files or if you have done a recent upgrade to new version, please ensure to replace all SDK files ( including all css, images, etc) with new version files.
