Title: Show/Hidden Column List Panel

Hello,

Is it possible to position the "Column Panel" in this area?

Column panel is not positioned in that area because of following reasons:

1. numberCell may be hidden which makes that area hidden too.

2. column filter menu is included in the column panel. Filters are used per column and hence column panels are also specific to each column.
