Title: about professional edition

Hello,
I try the free version, it's a great grid!
I am considering purchasing a professional edition. Does it make sense to understand that the professional version is not a GPL license?
Is it easy to upgrade from the free version to the professional version? (Just overwrite the file?)

1. Professional version is not a GPL one.

2. Include files are similar in both but there are breaking changes in some of the APIs. The upgrade guides are there to help for migration from free ( lower version ) to Pro version ( latest version ).
