Title: Why a conflict is coming between collapsible icon and column re-sizable icon?

Hello Team,

              Please help me that why these conflicts are coming in grid that are described below.
These conflict are coming on Budget and Project Under/Over Column mainly.
a.   Collapsing expanded Column when over column border – there is conflict.

On enter of mouse to collapsible icon/minus, the column resizable icon is appearing.

b.   Position mouse over center of minus, unselects collapse(It is looking correctly when you take mouse to the center of minus(collapsible icon) of Budget
 
c.   Only works when mouse pointer is on left or right side

d.   Expand works correctly(on clicking of plus sign/expand sign)

Hi Pankajs

I understand you are facing issue with overlap of resizable and collapsible icon.

I'm moving it to bug log to be fixed in upcoming version.

This is fixed in v6.1.0
