Title: PQGrid is messing up jQuery Dialog

Hi,

In the page where I import and initialise pqGrid, if I show a jQuery dialog, all the buttons are missing! This is a major issue for us. We have already integrated pqGrid into our system and are about to go from evaluating to buying a license, but it is obviously important that it works with the rest of our system.
