Title: Grid loses its filter on refresh

Hi,

I am using local header filtering option for my grid columns, the filter works fine at first load.
However after refresh or when i switch to the grid back after visiting another grid or control, it loses its filter and does not perform
any filtering on columns.please let me know if i am doing anything wrong ?
any help would be appreciated.

Please share a jsfiddle so that I can look into the cause of issue.
