Title: got issue param angularjs version in case using with Tab

hi,
we have applied table inside tab

Cases :
- Tab will enable after click
- On click we are getting data and init table
- We are using in angular js section so we applied your pg.grid module already

Problems :
- On tab when click i have init table and also update and called refreshDataAndView but still table not show properly
- Data some time data set return [] empty
- Width is not follow setting
