Title: Use filter functionality on columns without colModel

Hi,
I am trying to implement a grid where I am simply using JSON data to bind the grid.
Is there any way to use the filter functionality on each column(contains preferably) without having to use colModel?
Let me know if anything else is required.

Properties common ( e.g., filter definition in your case ) to every column can be defined in columnTemplate.
