Title: How to remove ParamQuery Pro Eval

I have purchased ParamQuery and see ParamQuery Pro Eval bottom right.
What do I need to do to remove it?

Please download the commercial copy from your forum account and replace all evaluation files in your development with the commercial ones. Also hard refresh your browser cache after that.
