Title: Is there a way to change options in select tag by front select elements

Is there a way to change options in select tag by front select elements?

Like, when there are two columns, front column selects some category, and back column selects real stuffs. What I think is like I select a fruit at first, and select apple, banana. Or I select a color at first and, select black, white.
