Title: paging has no images, not using bootstrap.js

Hello,

I am quite interested in your jQuery plugin. I seem to be having a similar problem where the paging images are not displaying.

My page is simple with only the following scripts included in the page:
<script src="Scripts/jquery-1.10.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="Scripts/jquery-ui-1.10.3.custom.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<link href="Scripts/pqGrid/pqgrid.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<script src="Scripts/pqGrid/pqgrid.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

If all goes well, we would like to purchase the pro version.

my apologies, I resolved this by adding a link to a jquery ui stylesheet.
