Title: Calculated row cell not updating if that row is not in grid current viewport

Taking this as reference we have a calculated cell (consider it rowIndex is 2)which formula is based on cell value on different row(rowIndex is 20) not the same row. The issue here is if the calculated cell and cell which I enter the cell is in the grid current viewport, values updating correct. But if the calculated cell is not in the viewport, calculated value not updating even if I scroll up to the grid. If I scroll up and down 2 times value updating correct.
How to resolve this?
