Title: Anchor Tags in strNoRows do not work

If you include an anchor tag in the strNoRows string, the links do not work.  It appears there is a div overlaying the pq-grid-norows div when it is visible so clicks do not reach it. I worked around this by adding z-index: 1000 to the pq-grid-norows class.
