Title: Column resize doesn't work when setting the column width in percentage

Hi,

I need to set the columns width in percentage, but I still need to be able to resize them manually.

I searched the demo/api but didn't find a solution.
Is there any way to do it?

you may switch from percent to pixel width of the columns after grid has loaded to make the columns resizable.
