Title: Current page missing from pager tool

Hi,

I am not seeing the contents of the pager tool that should show "| Page [n] of n |"
where [n] is a text box that contains the currently displayed page (image attachments wouldn't work for me).

Hi,
I figured this out.
This happens if you do not include the localize file e.g.:
/paramquery-8.2/localize/pq-localize-en.js
