Title: Lables are not available in the Pivot Panel

Hi Paramveer,

I am using ParamQuery (v8.7.0) in my project.

Whenever I bind the pqGrid with a Pivot option, the labels of the Pivot panel are not visible.
For your reference, I'm attaching the screenshot.

Please add title to the columns in colModel.

Hi Paramvir,

I have already added the title in the colModel.

On the live example, the pivot components titles are available like, "Pivot Mode", "Group Rows", "Group Columns" & "Aggregates".

Those titles are not available to me

Sorry I missed it, please include the localization js file.
