Title: pq-head-menu doesn't render 9.1.1

when I clicked on the column's menu the error message : {Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hideCols')} appears on the console.
i figured the element .pq-head-menu isn't in the dom.
it was working fine on 8.3.0

It's working fine in the examples. https://paramquery.com/pro/demos/showhide_groups

Please recheck the version you are using or share a jsfiddle / stackblitz of the issue.

getting the error on the function that must render the filter menu.

Please ensure that you are using version 9.1.1 and not 9.1.0
