Title: Grid not display proper and overlapped with parent grid in Modal popup

Hello Paramvir, we are upgrading from ParamQuery Pro v3.3.0 to ParamQuery Pro v9.1.1. We had several web pages created using pqgrid and almost working fine, among them one page where PQGrid is in Modal popup and only this grid is not displaying properly.
We observed this grid in modal popup not display properly (i.e header and some rows not displaying) and grid on parent screen get affected/overlapped.
Please go through attached screen shot of Ver 3.3 and Ver 9.1 so you will get an idea.

It was working fine with ParamQuery Pro v3.3.0 version.

Any thoughts/suggestions ?

Please use recent versions of

jQuery > 2.x

jQuery UI >= 1.12.x
