Title: show hide pqGrid caused invisible :(

Hi

When we are used param query grid in invisible mode i.e. with Display:None  attribute and we show it will disappeared at all :(

Header and rows information totally dis-appeared :(

When you show it from previous (display:none) you have to call refresh on the grid.
