Title: Nested grid demo for n-level

Hi , Can you please add multi-level subgrid example in ParamQuery Pro Demo.
I saw this example
http://paramquery.com/pro/demos/nesting
but this shows only two level hierarchy (Maingrid - Subgrid)
but i am looking for three level hierarchy example (Maingrid - SubGrid - Subgrid) like in the image.

also tell me please how to make two columns vertical align with each other in pqgrid.

try to do it yourself ( multi level subgrid is similar to 2 level subgrid ) and let me know if you face any problem.
