function setRowHtArr always return true in RTL

that makes the row updates its height with no stop

it's working fine with LTR
no console error
supposedly i'm using 9.1.1

Hi dears,
when i scroll to the end left then click on the column top header (cursor grab appears) to drag it to header group section in RTL mode it works well
BUT if i did clicked only one click without dragging anything all the data disappears.
it happens only if i click it on the cursor grab column's header when i scroll to the left in RTL mode

when I clicked on the column's menu the error message : {Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hideCols')} appears on the console.
i figured the element .pq-head-menu isn't in the dom.
it was working fine on 8.3.0
