freezeRows and freezeCols

pqgrid can Frozen rows and Frozen columns, is wonderful;

now i want to Frozen columns by the column name,

for example :

Frozen the column "userName",

how can i do for this？

It can be done with existing API, context menu is suitable UI for it.

move column to the beginning of colModel and freeze it.
