Hi Support Team:

We are encountering a problem when expanding a column or adding/removing filters.
After performing any of these actions the ParamQuery Grid shows "No Rows available to Show"
It occurs randomly and the browser console does not show any errors.
The solution we are applying for now is to remove all filters or refresh the grid again.

These are the steps to reproduce the problem:
1- Load the grid
2- Expand a column or add filters
3- Then the ParamQuery Grid shows "No Rows available to Show"

We would appreciate your help to solve this problem. Any event or method that we can review
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kind regards.

Which version of pqgrid, jquery, jqueryui are you using. And if you could share a jsfiddle then it would be quite helpful to resolve the issue.

Hi Support Team:

I'm resuming this query. Until I can share a jsfiddle I'm going through the versions:

jquery: 1.10.2
pqgrid: I understand that it is the ParamQuery Pro. In the pqgrid.min.js file it shows the following:
/**
* ParamQuery Pro
*
* Copyright (c) 2012-2019 Paramvir Dhindsa (http://paramquery.com)

Is there any way to know which version of pqgrid is being used in the project? In our case the library is inside Scripts

Thanks
Regards

it looks like an old trial version of PQ pro released in 2019, it's not supposed to be used for more than 30-60 days.
