How can I show tooltip on dropdown options in a grid?
Below is the URL for JSFIDDLE.

state as tooltip upon opening the dropdown against the
port.
For example: Upon opening the dropdown, show tooltip as
WB for Kolkata, show tooltip as
TN for Chennai and similarly for other dropdown options.
