IE7 horizontal scrolling problem

Hi guys,
First of all thanks a lot for your great support.
I have an issue with the horizontal scroll bar on IE7.
I have 6 frozen columns the rest of columns are grouped.
In Chrome the grouped columns get shifted but in IE7 the scroll doesn't move at all.
My scripted is attached.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Support for primitive browsers i.e. IE6 & IE7 would be dropped in forthcoming versions of ParamQuery.

Is it really important for you to support IE7

I understand it is a fossil but sometimes you don't have a choice. Unfortunately this is one of the requirements for this year. Starting next year we will drop it too.
Any help would be much appreciated.
