In my grid I can right-click to get a menu. I'd like to have a Copy menu item, but can't figure out how to call ctrl-c?

There is no substitute for Ctrl - C, Ctrl - V currently due to cross browser security restrictions.

copy / paste methods have been added in 2.3.0 which can be used to copy / paste within and across the paramquery grid.
