The group titles can be shown in a single column with groupModel.titleIndx option introduced in v7.0

In previous versions, groupModel.titleInFirstCol is used for the same purpose.

groupModel.titleIndx is an improvement upon groupModel.titleInFirstCol

fixCols is kept false and indent is used to indent the group titles.
