What's the EULA of these variants?
Ultimate and Enterprise variants are released under commercial license terms while OEM is released under OEM license terms.

What are the limits and permissions granted by any license?
All licenses are perpetual i.e., no time limit and permit royalty free distribution with your end user applications and websites.
There is no limit on end users who can use the applications containing pqGrid. The applications can be deployed on
any number of servers.
In addition OEM also allows distribution of pqgrid with your applications or toolkit intended for developers
outside your organization.
How is developer defined?
One developer is defined as any developer or programmer who either works directly with pqgrid API or writes code to interact with pqgrid e.g., server side code for the pqgrid.
Which license variant is suitable for me or my team?
Enterprise, Ultimate and OEM variants are suitable
for any organization varying in size from a small startup to a large corporation.
They can be used by any (n) number of developers working for the buyer organization.
In addition OEM license is suitable when your team is developing a software toolkit, SaaS or ERP application.

What's the time limit of upgrades and support?
**You are entitled to every minor or major upgrade and fix released within the specified subscription period.
All the upgrades are available to members for download from their FORUM accounts.
***One support incident related to single issue
and time of engagement of upto 15 minutes consumes 10 points.
Expected time of response to your query / ticket is 1 - 24 hours depending upon nature of support incident and time zone.

Forum is preferred over email, latter should be used only when primary mode is unavailable e.g, during downtime of the forum.
Is it necessary to renew subscription after 12 months?
Updates and support subscription renewals are optional and can be done on need basis.
Renewals are available at discount of (50% for OEM and Ultimate) and (25% for Enterprise) respectively if renewed before or immediately upon previous subscription expiration.
Support credit is reduced in proportion to the discount availed during renewal.
